Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Beher USA focuses on serving customers within the United States. We offer various shipping speeds to ensure your order reaches you as quickly and safely as possible.
How should I store my Iberico ham after it arrives?
Vacuum-sealed packs should be kept in the refrigerator. For the best tasting experience, we recommend removing the ham from the fridge and letting it reach room temperature for at least 30 minutes before serving.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an error, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery for a resolution.
Are your products gluten-free?
